Donations


Effective Jan 2018: All Donation Pickups require a $20 fee, payable in check made out to Off The Floor Pittsburgh.

If you would like to drop off your donation to our location in the Northside, we are normally here Monday- Friday, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Please call in advance so we can be certain to have someone at the warehouse to receive your donation.

We are always in need of good, clean furniture. Please refer to our list of Current & Ongoing Needs for a specific list of items that we’re currently accepting, and in greatest need of.

Our clients have been through tough times and we want them to feel proud of their new furnishings. Neither Off The Floor Pittsburgh, nor our clients have the resources to re-upholster, refinish, repair or clean donated items, so we ask that you consider your donation carefully – ask yourself if you would be willing to give this item to a member of your extended family or a close friend just starting out creating a home? If the answer is no, then it probably isn’t appropriate for donation.

Click here to fill out a donation form. Once the form has been submitted, the page will redirect to a link where you can upload photos of the items you have for donation. Providing photos greatly expedites the scheduling process.

Someone will contact you via email with our next available pick up date and related details.

*Please note, we can not pickup any upholstered items that are ripped, stained, faded or covered in pet hair. We can not pick up hard goods/ wooden items that are in need of major repair or refinishing. Thank you for respecting this.
